I have a deep passion for working with others as they navigate their personal growth. When appropriate, while deepening into client issues, I may encourage art and creativity as a way of expression. Also, when clinically appropriate, I will use Mindfulness practice and Somatic work to enhance the therapeutic process.
I am currently in the process of getting Certified to be a Sex Addiction Therapist, giving me the title of CSAT Candidate.
I offer weekly therapy for individual adults and couples.
I am currently serving clients in the state of Virginia and California.
I offer in-person sessions for Virginia clients, and virtual/Telehealth sessions for California clients.
