Fee

I charge $160 for a 50 minute session. 

I do offer a sliding scale for those with economic difficulty.  

Since the relationship with your therapist has a significant impact on the effectiveness of treatment, it’s important to find a therapist with whom you are comfortable and can make an emotionally safe connection with.  I would love to hear from you, and find out if I could be the right support for you in this time of need.  

I take Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance in the state of Virginia.  If you have a different insurance, I am happy to provide you with monthly statements which you can submit to your insurance company if they would offer reimbursement for out of network providers.

I am currently only offering virtual/Telehealth sessions to California and Virginia residents.
